Joy Mountain Shipping Policy

Our T-shirts and mugs are made and shipped from separate facilities, so shipping is calculated separately.

T-Shirts

T-shirt shipping is a flat $7.95 when the T-shirt merchandise subtotal is under $100. T-shirt shipping is FREE when the T-shirt merchandise subtotal alone reaches $100 or more. Mugs do not count toward the $100 T-shirt free-shipping threshold.

Mugs

Our mugs are made especially for you. Please allow approximately 5–12 business days for delivery from the date your order is placed. Mugs ship separately, with shipping calculated based on the mugs in your order. Mug shipping is separate from T-shirt shipping.

T-Shirt + Mug Orders

You may purchase T-shirts and mugs in the same order. Because they are fulfilled from different facilities, T-shirts and mugs ship separately, and you'll see the separate shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase.
